Hey y’all! Cristi Alexander here! So nice to meet ya! I have always been a crafty person and have always done my own home, wedding, and party decor. I get it honest, as my Mom is also very creative and has dabbled in making handcrafted decor throughout my life. A couple of years ago, I was diagnosed with Trigeminal Neuralgia. I won’t bore you with the details, but it is absolutely the worst kind of pain I have ever had or even seen, being a paramedic full-time. I had been praying for God to heal me, and if that wasn’t His will to at least give me some relief. About October 2017, my sister called and invited me to come over and make a Halloween wreath with her. We made a day of it, and boy did we make a beautiful creation! I noticed as I was driving home, that I did not have noticeable pain all day, while creating these amazing wreaths. Was this the relief that God was handing to me? This is when I started researching Creative Art Therapy and found out what the benefits are! I then started making wreaths as therapy! Next thing I know, my family and friends are encouraging me to sell my creations and that is when CTD was born! I am also proud to say that my Mom, Dee Heffernan and my sister, Bunny Reedy have teamed up with me on this crazy cool adventure! Welcome y’all!
